Hai semua...tajuk hari ini agak lain sikit kan memandangkan ramai student yang duk mencari-mencari format untuk tulis dalam laporan latihan industri diorang..format ni khusus untuk student diploma dari UPM. Student dari institusi lain pon boleh jadikan contoh report ni sebagai sumber rujukan korang ok..
Kalau untuk student UPM, laporan LI korang hendaklah dalam “English”, font Times New Roman,saiz “12” dan 20 muka surat sahaja.
Untuk PREFACE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, TABLE OF CONTENTS and any attachments (gambar-gambar, carta atau notes) tidak dikira sebagai muka surat.

PREFACE
To complete the Diploma course, I have to undergo industrial training at ________, located in _____, for ____weeks starting from _____, to _____ under the control of___(supervisor’s name)_____.
For _____ weeks I was undergoing industrial training at_________, I placed under different units to learn the ins and outs of the agency. The units are ________ Section,_________Unit and ________. In each unit stationed, I was under a different officer to be guided.
For intern also, we should implement a special project as requested by the______(university’s name)_____ on what we have learned while intern. The report focuses primarily on the agency's background, some practical activities during our training, working environment, individual special project conducted, benefits and experiences that's I gathered from the agency.
I hope this report will meet all required information by the union, and can serve as a useful reference and resource for all of us and future generations.
